The Caring Department shall coordinate the efforts of the church in the areas of pastoral and congregational care.

"See how they love one another." Twenty three times in the New Testament these or similar words are invoked. At Plymouth, we show our love for one another by reaching out in times of need, illness, loss, and joy. Those with special gifts for listening are trained to serve as Stephen Ministers. Our small group ministry program ChristCare invites all members to participate in a small group which meets regularly to share and care for one another. And our four ordained ministers offer pastoral care in response to prayer requests and other needs.
